Our client is a professional, well known Data Analytics and Business Intelligence company, dealing with high end clients such as Toyota on a daily basis. They are looking for somebody with experience in a corporate admin environment, to fill a busy and dynamic role.


Your new role...
This company is looking for a corporate office administrator, to wear many hats at once and facilitate daily admin duties. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • General office duties
  • Office Supplies
  • Reception admin
  • Expenses and reconciliations
  • Client calls
  • Minute taking and meeting attendance
  • Coordinate staff events




What you'll need to succeed...

  • Experience in a highly corporate and professional environment
  • Administration experience
  • The ability to work flexible hours
  • BI and Data Analytics enthusiasm
  • The ability to be assertive yet professional
