The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 2 years hotel experience with knowledge of Front Office computer systems.
You will be required to demonstrate the following
- A passion for providing friendly, personalised customer service
- Ability to promote Hotel facilities and services
- Sound communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Accurate cash handling and comprehension of cash balancing procedures
- A clear, precise, friendly telephone manner
- A positive and friendly team attitude
- The importance of maintaining a high standard of personal presentation
- Flexibility with changes to hours of work when required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
The hours of would vary from week to week and would include day, afternoon and weekends.
A uniform is provided along with staff meals and free on-site car parking.
