Are you ready to build ongoing relationships with our clients and support workers? As a Telecommunications Coordinator, that's just what you'll do. Every day you will create lasting relationships with our clients helping to preserve what matters most to them.

The role:

What you will be working on

  • Building strong and rewarding relationships with our clients and health professionals
  • Facilitating appropriate, efficient and quality placement and management of health professionals, funders, clients and homecare support workers for the Geneva Healthcare Group
  • Managing the overall after-hours phone-based enquiries

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in a call centre environment role
  • Excellent communication skills

  • A well- developed ability to multitask
