Member support advisor

This role is open for either full time or part time applicants.

This is not your ordinary call centre role. The focus of this role is all about quality conversations and having positive interactions with your customers rather than drilling down on KPI's and call statistics.

Some key responsibilities include:
-Receiving inbound calls and providing excellent advice on products
-Assisting with customers claims (new or existing)
-Assisting with data entry
-Providing accurate and timely underwriting of Insurance

We are looking for someone who respects others, works with integrity, loves to have fun, is honest and works hard.

Ideally you will:
-Have experience in a call centre or customer service role
-Have knowledge of the banking and/or insurance industry
-Be confident using the Microsoft office suite and can adapt to new systems efficiently
-Be empathetic and show a genuine desire to help
-Be able to work under pressure
-Be a confident decision maker
