We are looking for an innovative individual with a 'can do' attitude to join our team. If you are a fast learner, team player and able to communicate technical issues clearly and effectively, then apply today

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support via phone, fax & and e-mail
  • Liaise with offsite technicians to resolve or complete support calls
  • Assist in the report generation for our customers
  • Monitoring of both internal and external event alarms
  • Diagnose and resolve communications issues
  • Creation and maintaining documentation of processes and procedures

Characteristics we are looking for:

  • At least 12 Months experience in a IT Service Desk environment or able to demonstrate a good understanding of IT
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Reliable and good work ethic
  • Ability to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service and adherence to agreed SLA's
