They are in need of a Compliance Manager tasked with maintaining global compliance standards for the local New Zealand business by ensuring operations adhere to the mandated policies.


Key aspects of role

  • be part of the APAC Compliance Community
  • reporting on internal audit outcomes and SCA audit dashboards results; process improvement to alleviate adverse findings
  • aid in facilitating quarterly business unit training to ensure employees are cognizant of compliant processes and ramifications

Key skills for role

  • high levels of autonomy
  • ability to present to a variety of audiences; excellent communication skills
  • methodical problem-solving approach
  • an ability to influence employers and other parties
  • proficient in the navigation, comprehension and articulation of a large number of policies
