Reporting to a highly experienced and well-respected Marketing Director, the Associate Director, Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing the University of Waikato’s domestic and international marketing strategies. The role has responsibility for enhancing the University brand and meeting the University’s strategic goals through the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, advertising and marketing collateral.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in a senior marketing management at a regional, national or international level. You will have a proven ability to build and lead marketing teams with multiple disciplines within a change environment. Paramount to your success will be your high level of stakeholder management experience and ability to take people on a journey.
You will naturally embrace change and bring a continuous improvement mindset, all whilst ensuring customer experience is at the forefront of your thinking.
