Part time- Contact Centre Team Member

We have an exciting opportunity in our  Contact Centre for a part-time, energetic, customer-focused professional to join our high performing and friendly team of specialists.

Based in our Lower Hutt office, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Providing excellent customer service for both inbound and outbound calls
  • Processing loan applications and delivering loan outcomes to our customers
  • Identifying customer requirements and cross-selling as required
  • Responding to emails and completing basic administration
