About the Role

The company is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint a new, centralised, Key Account Manager based out of Hamilton. This new Key Account Manager will provide support to our team that is based around New Zealand, picking up overflow work when they reach capacity.

The new position will work under our Commercial Manager and will be part of the Sales Team.  The person will be familiar with dairy and immigration language and communities. Personal fit with the team is critical.

Based in the company Head Office in Hamilton, the person will:

  • Have experience in sales or an account management role within the Dairy Farming industry

  • Have high professional standards

  • Have experience in producing, filing and dealing with high detail applications and documents

  • Be inquisitive and innovative

  • Have the ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Be enthusiastic about working in a multinational team

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels

  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

  • Excellent ability in Microsoft Office applications, and Google for Business applications (Gmail, Google Docs, G Drive).

  • Familiar with Dairy & Immigration industry language terminology and communities

  • Full NZ Drivers Licence

Hours: 40 to 45 per week

Location: Work from Hamilton Head Office

Tools: Laptop & phone provided

Remuneration: Annual salary based on experience 

+ Gym Membership

+ One Paid Mental Health Day + $100 bonus
