EC Credit Control (NZ) Ltd is New Zealand's leading Receivables Manager and is committed to leading the way in ethical debt collection.
We are seeking highly driven candidates who love to succeed to work in our Napier head office.
Due to a substantial increase in demand for our services we require a skilled Investigations Officer for our Administration team on a full-time basis. This is a junior position in a rapidly growing business.
The position requires a high level of accuracy, ability to work effectively as part of a team, a sound work ethic, a high level of computer competency and the ability to reach and exceed targets.
Investigations Officers work on newly received debt files before Debt Collection commences via our Credit Controllers. Daily duties in this role include performing basic tracing functions in order to enrich and verify Debtor Information supplied to us. EC Credit Control’s 70,000-stong Client base means that speed and accuracy are highly important.
A demonstrable proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer is required.
