Customer Service Advisor - Front of House

Do you thrive on helping out the community and love being a part of a team? We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Customer Service Advisors. This position is based at our Front of House Customer Service Centre.

The Front of House Customer Service Centre is the front door to the Council. Your exemplary customer service skills will assist in providing outstanding service to a diverse range of customers. With challenge and variety in this role, your demonstrated ability to be helpful and professional in demanding situations will be of use. Your ability to communicate with a wide range of people internally and externally will bring real value to this role. This position is relatively autonomous and so will require a person who is self-motivated and takes pleasure in performing to a high standard.
