Operations Administrator

Our client, a well-established motor vehicle finance and lease company, are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team.  A fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in the world of motor vehicle finance; you'll be heavily involved with the settlements and compliance process along with learning other areas of the business.

THE JOB
  • Compliance loan processing, including origination & customer services to the company's dealer network
  • Provides quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Initiates required action for response to customer service requests, including account maintenance, information gathering and delivery
  • Gather all information required to comply with applicable legislation such as CCCFA, and AML
  • Contributes to the effective flow of communication within the business by facilitating and actively participating in staff meetings and training sessions
  • Daily clearance and action of company email addresses
  • CRM Customer and dealer activities
ABOUT YOU
  • Previous financial services experience required
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships
  • Fast learner and adaptable to change
