Whether you are here on a Working Holiday Visa or live in New Zealand permanently, this position calls for someone who is interactive, professional and ready for their next challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently build schedules using an internal system
  • Make and book appointments with customers
  • Manage internal and external queries
  • Review and manage scheduled work to ensure things align with the company's conditions

Key Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Competent computer skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Relationship building
