Already operating 4 sites overseas with plans underway for further expansion this role will focus on setting the strategic direction and maximizing the operational performance of each business.

A key focus for the role will be developing and implementing brand, strategy and operating plans to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience, financial performance and ongoing development.

Developing the leadership pipeline as this dynamic business continues to grow is a real priority.

The appointee will report to the Chief Executive Officer and be a key member of the senior executive team.  Reporting to the role will be site based General Managers and a total team of 250 staff.

This is a unique senior appointment offering challenge and real growth and involvement at both strategic and operational levels as Skyline continues to invest in new luge attractions around the globe.

Candidates will likely have previous experience in the tourism/hospitality sector in a senior leadership role.  Strong financial acumen and proven operational leadership are essential to success in this role.
