Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a new team member to join our friendly, supportive Customer Services team based at our office in East Tamaki. This role has come about due to internal promotion and growth within our business. 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers to answer questions and resolve issues. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and you will be comfortable to work in a dynamic environment.

  • A minimum of two years office/administration experience
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Genuine passion for quality service and people
  • Experience in problem resolving and confidence to make decisions as required
  • Have a positive and professional approach
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong time management skills
  • Be able to work independently, and as part of a team and cope well with high pressure
