Senior Consultant- Strategy

What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant in our Strategy & Business Design team you will take a lead role managing project work steams to meet client engagement deliverables. Under the guidance of Managers, Directors and Partners who will support your development and provide guidance and direction. You will be working directly with client executives across a wide range of exciting organisations to solve their most challenging strategic issues.

The broad nature of our client base means that you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of industries and to continue to learn every day, developing your core capabilities.

You are someone with:

  • 4+ years demonstrated experience as a senior team member contributing to engagements in the public or private sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to build trust and confidence and generate enthusiasm with our clients and within your team.
  • Ability to create and proactively encourage an environment that builds accountability and commitment.
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability able to clarify the heart of a problem and to then proactively providing insights and solutions.
  • Ability to communicate, present and contextualise complex ideas concisely and accurately while adjusting style and tone to suit your audience.
  • Experience helping to develop junior staff and mentoring team members.
