Property Management Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Management Administrator in our Tokoroa branch. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the largest Real Estate companies in the country, in a role that is varied and interesting, no two days will be the same!  

The successful applicant must have accurate computing skills, be able to work under pressure and be highly organised.  An excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.  A can-do attitude is imperative as is a bright and energetic personality, a fantastic phone manner, along with immaculate personal presentation!

This is a demanding role and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Information Technology
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Be well presented and punctual
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act would be an advantage

Key Tasks include assisting the Property Managers with administration support covering:

  • Rent arrears
  • Marketing
  • Viewings
  • Inspections
  • Maintenance

Administration experience is essential.
