Receptionist

Personnel Resources / Temp Resources is a well-established Bay of Plenty based Recruitment Agency that specialise in placing candidates into Temporary, Contract and Permanent roles.

 

We are currently seeking a professional Receptionist to support our client and their busy team.  This is a full time (40 hours) temporary assignment with potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a professional first impression
  • Making sure all visitors / calls are welcomed and responded to in a friendly and timely manner
  • Managing the visitors register
  • Providing administration support to the wider Administration team which may include a variety of reporting / documentation / data inputting etc
  • Other ad hoc duties ensuring no two days the same!

To be considered for this role you will ideally have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • An excellent ability to quickly build rapport coupled with first class verbal and written communication skills
  • A professional and engaging demeanour with a positive "can do" attitude
  • First class customer service and polished presentation skills
  • Systems savvy (particularly MS Office Suite)  
  • A strong ability to quickly pick up and learn new systems
