Operations Manager

  • Base salary up to $250,000 + Bonus + Benefits 
  • Multisite Professional Services Business

Our client operates a multisite network of professional service providers renown for outstanding customer service, solutions and quality outcomes. As a result of their business growth they now wish to appoint a senior leader to their executive team who will run their New Zealand Operations.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Key leader of the business services to support the network as the customer facing position
  • Leading your team that focuses on; onboarding new members, business improvement programs, driving business growth and achieving optimal customer satisfaction
  • Business planning, reporting and benchmarking to be the best practise in your industry

 

Personal Qualifications 

  • You must have a minimum of five years operations management experience of a large multisite entity – this could be in franchised retail, professional services and/or corporate owned retail/trade/logistics business
  • You are tertiary qualified in business or a related discipline
  • You are able to show evidence of business improvement, successful growth, new systems implementation and innovative process review and change programs
