This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with potential to extend or go permanent


About the role / What will you do?


To take the lead part in creating and maintaining a truly customer centered design approach to delivering the new products & services for our clients. They will introduce a world leading process which aligns stakeholders, collaborates with product owners and empowers the design team to create quality choices at speed using data, customer data and stakeholder collaboration.


  • Work with key stakeholders (Product owners) to create clear hypothesis and experience objectives

  • Create value proposition canvases which prioritise the App + web product features

  • Facilitate user story workshops with key stakeholders

  • Run T-shirt sizing, impact vs. effort workshops with technical directors and product owners

  • Solution sketch key user flows across the different CX experiences considering how they are holistically presented across the whole app

  • Conduct research and user testing

  • Work with product managers to create wireframes, prototypes and testing plans

  • Present to key Stakeholders and agree design direction

  • Work with UI designers to realise the different user stories and wireframes

  • Present back design progress to key stakeholders.

  • Help prioritise sprint backlog items with stakeholders

  • Facilitate product canvas workshops with key stakeholders expanding on the top level CX outline


Skills and Experience


  • Experience leveraging analytics and research insights to guide the design process

  • Experience in working in agile product teams

  • Experience defining information architecture and mapping user journeys with digital and service level touchpoints

  • Facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders

  • Relentless dedication to exploring the options to get the optimal design solution

  • Experience in working with and/or creating design systems
