Technical Support and Reporting Analyst

About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to provide technical support for various channel and internal management systems, through being our on-site super-user, as well as providing reporting and analysis services to customers and the wider business. As the Technical Support and reporting Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a robust understanding of how key systems work
  • Be able to interact with, manage (including making configuration changes), and assist with trouble shooting issues associated with systems
  • Produce reports from key systems
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems
  • Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Develop, modify, maintain and support custom reports for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs
  • Lead the data strategy and measurement planning, and define new process improvement opportunities

About you;

You will have a strong technical savvy, an analytical mind and a customer focused, proactive approach to everything you do. To be successful, you will possess a range of the following experience:

  • Proven experience in a technical support and reporting role previously;
  • Data extraction from multiple systems
  • Analysis, design and preparation of insightful, data driven, operational/ service performance reports for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to deal confidently with stakeholders and communicate in a way that stakeholders understand
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and with limited supervision
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, detailed and methodical with the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to think creatively, in a faced paced environment
  • Conducts his/herself with the highest of integrity with a strong attention to detail;
