Customer Service Specialist - Face to Face

  • A chance to use your customer service and sales skills
  • Based in Wellington CBD - work in their brand new office
  • Hours are Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm & every other Saturday

An exciting opportunity to join a worldwide brand launching in NZ providing face to face customer service.

Your new company
After highly successful launches of their product in the USA, UK and Australia, time has come for them to launch in New Zealand! They are opening a new branch in Wellington CBD and need a number of brand ambassadors to be the face of their brand in their retail stores.

Your new role
You will be responsible for greeting customers that come into the store, booking appointments, answering their questions and advising customers of the products all while trying to up-sell/cross sell various products.
This company specialises in medical and dental products therefore you will be using your knowledge to recommend products and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
As you will be the face of the brand you will need:

  • To be outgoing, bubbly and positive
  • To have excellent customer service skills - experience in hospitality/reception or retail
  • The ability to build relationships with customers
  • To be driven and can work towards KPIs and targets

What you'll get in return
You will get a salary that is well above the national average for customer service as well as an opportunity to earn commission for exceeding targets. You will work with a well known brand, in their CBD offices and they will even provide discounts to their products!
