We’re looking for an exceptional Sales & Events Manager to lead our sales team and run our home show events. Travel and occasional weekend work is required.

You come to us with a proven track record of leading winning sales teams and delivering profitable sales growth. Hands on experience in home shows would also be a benefit.

You know that results don’t happen by chance – you constantly push yourself and help your team to deliver. You know what makes customers tick and love going the extra mile. You believe learning never stops and are a team player. You put your best foot forward every day.

You balance this high energy and drive with a methodical, planned approach. You know how break company goals down into relevant KPIs for your team and keep a close eye on results. You are good at working across departments and being the voice of your team.

You understand how critical you and your team are to delivering a positive experience for our customers. You take personal accountability to uphold the Alpine Spas brand to the highest standard, and make sure others do the same. You believe in the value of growing your team through regular and systematic coaching and feedback.

This is an important role where you'll be challenged every day to make a difference in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We will support you, train you and provide you with the opportunity to build your leadership capabilities.
