What this opportunity involves:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to assist with the smooth running of the Agency Business Unit. This will involve ensuring required information is kept up to date in the JLL systems; and cultivating working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely processing of internal and external communication. In this diverse, fast-paced and varied role you will provide hands-on support to a very busy team, whilst working autonomously within a sociable team environment based in our JLL Auckland office.

Please note that this is a part time position working Mon-Fri at reduced hours.

  • Entering data into JLL systems
  • Recording and maintaining key property information
  • Creating and maintaining listings, availabilities and gathering lease expiries with other relevant information
  • Pushing listings onto the various property portals (e.g. Trade Me)
  • Generating listings brochures when requested
  • Maintaining contact information for the Agency business
  • Keeping up to date with the team’s activities
  • Providing support to Business Support Administrators relating to marketing

You will be a confident self-starter who enjoys building client relationships, possesses excellent communication skills & has a strong customer service focus. You will adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks & can be relied upon to work autonomously. You will need to be able to think on-the-go and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Confidence, agility & adaptability are key to being successful in this role.
