PA/Executive Administrator

 

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/Senior Administrator to join a well established organisation in Mt Eden.

The Organisation:

  • An established charitable trust with a vision of a society where all people flourish
  • Work with 4 friendly directors and a diverse, collaborative team
  • Utilise your organisational skills to make a difference in a newly established role

 Duties include:

  • Booking and attending meetings
  • Taking minutes and creating agenda’s
  • Diary management
  • Assist with creating reports, presentations and other documents
  • Typing and formatting presentations
  • Booking Travel (as required)
  • Organising catering and other events
  • Assisting with general administration and project work
  • Covering reception (Shared)
  • Other adhoc duties as required

 To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • 2 + years PA/EA experience
  • Proven experience working in a busy office supporting multiple managers
  • Drive and passion to make a difference
  • Experience working with diverse communities
  • A high degree of respect and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
  • The ability to work well within a team or on your own
