We are currently in the process of transforming our business to ensure we continue providing exceptional services to our clients and as a result, we are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the team.

About the role

Your role is part of the wider Head Office team and you are responsible for the day to day running of the Hamilton office and supporting the people and capability, sales and marketing and finance teams where required, to support their day to day activities.

You will report into the People and Capability Leader with a dotted line into the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Customer Officer. There will be times when you will be tasked with other duties as required, by the business or your leader.

Skills and experience

  • Previous administration or receptionist experience preferred
     
  • Customer-focused attitude is a must
     
  • Strong attention to detail
     
  • Problem solver
     
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
     
  • Is a team player and able to relate well to people across all levels and from all backgrounds
     
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
