Change Manager - URGENT!

Change Manager

This position plays a vital role in the success of a new implementation ensuring our stakeholders extract the maximum value from the systems and enhancements delivered.

Working collaboratively with a very diverse group of business users, vendors and Delivery functions you will have the opportunity to influence the perceived success of the system implement. 

Your Technical Background

Ideally you will have come from a Change Management position within a technology team, you should have mastered the core competencies of our profession and be adept at tasks such as needs analysis, readiness plans, communicating with our user communities and ensuring our key messages as we bring about change are strong and positive in line with the vision of the organisation. 

Your Commercial and Communication Skills

Your interpersonal skills will be exemplary and Self - Confidence is vital; you will need to be able to quickly establish credibility with new stakeholders within this large and fast-moving organisation and demonstrate where you can add value to projects and processes.

Your work load will be constant and varied, as we move through of life cycle of the implementation you will need to be able to keep pace with both the volume, and at times pressure, of a high performing team.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years Experience in a Technology Environment
  • Previous Experience in Change Management role
  • Tertiary Qualification
  • A Commitment to your Ongoing Professional Development
  • You must have the right to work in NZ
