About the role

 

Junior Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Director and supporting the creative team, your daily duties may include:

  • Working closely with the creative design team and offering creative solutions and assisting direction
  • Working in all areas of design from branding, marketing execution through to website design and development 
  • Quality assuring all project design work
  • Meeting with clients
  • Providing and following up on quotes

Skills and experience

 

  • Proficiency in document layout and design
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite - Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • A strong eye for clean design and typography
  • The ability to produce for both print and web
  • Strong attention to detail, and excellent spelling and grammar
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and work experience (ideally one year or more)
  • Experience in photography, front-end website design and illustration is desirable
  • Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
