Change Manager

This prominent Government Ministry has established a dedicated Change Management practice and is looking for driven and dedicated change professionals with heart.

Working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders - no two assignments will be the same.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering change initiatives in a newly minted change management framework;
  • Managing change integration plans;
  • Manage, coach, support and coordinate a network of implementation and change champions;
  • Undertake stakeholder identification, analysis, mapping and planning - contributing to engagement plans as required;
  • Integrated communications planning and delivery, including  roadshows
A formal Change Management qualification such as PROSCI or APMG would be looked on most favorably. If you are ready to join a high profile programme at a crucial point we want to hear from you ASAP.
