Parking Officer

An opportunity has arisen for an approachable and dedicated individual to join our Parking Services team as a Parking Officer. Our Parking Officers work to promote desired parking behaviours through the enforcement of parking legislation, council bylaws and policies.

You must have:

  • a Class 1 - full motor vehicle driving licence
  • a Class 6 - full motorcycle licence.

You will be self-motivated and able to work without supervision. Additionally, you will have good communication skills, be able to use your initiative, have sound problem solving skills and be professional in outlook and judgement.

The position will be rostered to work a 40 hour week Monday to Saturday. If you enjoy working outdoors and display an aptitude for positive interactions with members of the public, we would love to hear from you. In return for your skills you can look forward to working in a supportive team that is encouraging of your professional development.
