YOUR OPPORTUNITY

 

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join us at our Marton factory. Reporting to the Factory Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities would include:

 

  • Ensure people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised, and that all engineering activities enhance business objectives
  • Support in the management and design, implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, within the defined scope of responsibility or specialisation. Ensure that the objectives of the investment project charter, design specifications and Nestlé standards are implemented and adhered to
  • support and participate in the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance programme aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimise maintenance cost and as a result increase asset intensity

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or similar)
  • Strong PC skills, MS Windows, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, 3d Design, SAP
  • Manufacturing projects management (”making it happen”):  3 years experience  in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry
  • Determination of methods to minimise the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E)
  • Factory operations (as required) 
  • Experience in engineering management (maintenance, industrial , services, E&A ), preferably  in FMCG related manufacturing environment (min 3 years)
  • Experience working in multifunctional team (i.e. capital projects, DMAIC) preferred.
  • Direct, clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written
  • Stakeholder management
  • Team building in your nature, developing relationships with maintenance, contractors and site functional departments
  • Project ownership with a can do attitude.
