Real Estate Sales Support Administrator

Ashburton

As a result of some internal changes, an opportunity is available for a keen and motivated Administrator to join our team in Ashburton on a full-time basis. This role provides broad and specialist support of the Real Estate sales process by ensuring accurate and timely processing of submissions, marketing requirements, listings and contracts; as well as essential administrative support to our sales teams across the region. This is a challenging, rewarding and fast paced role in an intensely customer focused environment and we are prepared to provide substantial training for the right person.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers at reception
  • Produce documentation and contracts from draft
  • Maintain secure information storage and retrieval systems
  • Assist with the preparation of appraisals/CMA's
  • Accurately load Agency Agreement information in preparation to release to websites
  • Provide specialist administration support to Salespeople.

Skills and experience:

  • Real Estate industry and administration experience would be preferable
  • Hold a Real Estate Salesperson license (preferred), or be prepared to study towards becoming licensed
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Professional and PropertySuite (preferred)
  • Passionate around detail and presentation of marketing material
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A flexible and effective team member who also has the ability and discipline to work autonomously
