Fixed Term- 6 Month Contract
At Coca-Cola Amatil NZ we're a passionate bunch of people who are committed to building lasting partnerships with our customers and to finding new ways to do things better. We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager for a 6 month maternity leave fixed-term contract. As a Territory Sales Manager in ‘On the Go’ team in the West Coast you'll be the face of CCANZ within your territory of customers - being their go-to for all their needs, and consistently providing them with exceptional customer service. Out on the road for the majority of each day, you'll be visiting your customers on a regular call cycle and driving growth within each store.
The team is hardworking, incredibly competitive, and hungry to not only achieve results, but to smash them – while having a great time! You'll be responsible for increasing sales volume and ranging, ensuring stores are well executed, and working in partnership with your customers to grow their business and ours. On top of this, you'll constantly identify new opportunities, with a focus on new business acquisition. Your competitive edge and drive to meet targets, teamed with a passion for building strong relationships, will ensure success in this role. Most importantly, you'll think strategically in your selling approach and understand your customers' needs - your forward-thinking approach will drive exceptional results for CCANZ and for your customers alike. What Do I Need?

It's a busy role, and we'll expect you to fit a lot in to your day - so, you'll need to be well planned and efficient in your approach to your work, and be flexible and adaptable to the various demands of the role.
Building strategic relationships are a key part of this role, as you'll be dealing with a wide variety of customers - and will need to be able adapt to their individual needs. You don't need FMCG experience (but it's a big bonus if you do have it!), but you do need proven sales and customer service skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment will be the key to success.
Finally, you'll have the ability to work autonomously, but will also be committed to supporting your wider team, going above and beyond to contribute effectively to team success.
