For this fulltime role, you’ll be working in one of our Levin branch providing each customer with an incredible customer experience, helping them manage their day to day transaction accounts, personal loans, credit cards, home loans and other Westpac banking products and services.

  
What you need to be successful at this job
 
First and foremost, we want someone at Westpac who legitimately cares about helping people. Often, you are dealing with our customers at challenging times in their lives, and we need someone who is willing to accept that and who takes pride in helping our customers through those situations, in the most professional way possible. We want someone who takes the time to listen and understand our customers’ story.
 
We are ideally looking for someone with: 
  • Financial/Banking experience would be great
  • Strong customer facing experience in retail if no banking experience
  • An understanding of consumer and home lending (preferable, but not essential)
  • High energy to deeply understand our customers’ needs and goals
  • The ability to communicate effectively to a wide audience
  • A passion for creating magic for our customers, in a responsible manner
We are also looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, can learn quickly and will fit in with our diverse team.
