Territory Sales Manager - Licensed

Territory Sales Manager - Licensed

The Pitch.

At CCANZ, we're pretty well-known for all your favourite fizzy drinks - but you might not know that we've now also got portfolio of world-leading, premium licensed brands?! With the Beam Suntory spirits portfolio on board, with brands such as Jim Beam, Makers Mark, Laphroaig and Canadian Club (just to name a few!), as well as our beer and cider ranges with Magners, Kronenbourg and Fortune Favours- our licensed team is kept pretty busy! We're looking for a sales superstar to join our Queenstown team as our Licensed Territory Sales Manager - is this the challenge you've been waiting for?

The Role.

With such a large and premium beverage portfolio, our frontline licensed sales team really are the experts when it comes to our products! As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our company in managing a territory of both On-Premise & Off-Premise customers in Queenstown and the wider Central Otago region. You'll provide an outstanding level of service to your customers, selling in new product ranges, managing compliance, and working to grow both their business and ours.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking are key for this role - but there's also a hands-on element - you'll need to be comfortable to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, making sure our fridges, displays and other activations are always looking their best.

What Do I Need?

If you're the type of person who cringes at the thought of second place - you're on the right track! We're looking for someone who's driven, motivated, and passionate about selling. You don't need FMCG experience (but bonus if you do!), but you'll have proven sales, customer service, business acumen or hospitality experience. Your high level of customer focus will see your ability to build strong customer relationships across your territory, and your commercial strengths will drive strategic conversations with them, and in turn increasing CCANZ's presence and performance within your market.

You'll have a proven ability to identify new opportunities, and will be comfortable with cold-calling potential new customers. You'll be expected to fit a lot in to your day, so you'll be super organised and efficient in your approach to your work - experience in a large, fast-paced working environment would be beneficial. On top of all of this, you'll demonstrate passion and energy in your work, and will pass on the passion for our brands to your customers and consumers alike!

The Benefits.

On top of your starting salary and your branded company vehicle, you'll also receive other fantastic benefits including an annual $650 product allowance, shares, superannuation, and the opportunity to earn a sales incentive. Pretty sweet! Most importantly, with our world-famous learning and development environment it is your future that will be invested in - who knows where your career path will take you!

The Culture.

We're exceptionally proud to be recognised by AON Hewitt as one of NZ's Best Employers for 4 years in a row.  If you ask our team what they love about working here, they'll tell you it's our people, our brands, and our culture. We have an inclusive work environment, and actively embrace our diversity of people, ideas, talents and experiences. Our vision and values are at the heart of all that we do, with a team truly committed to creating millions of moments of happiness and possibilities for our employees - just as we are for our customers and our consumers. Aligned to our values, we are empowered to Take the Lead, Keep It Real, and Stand Together.
