Office Co-Ordinator

Join one of New Zealand’s specialists in accounting and tax for small to medium sized businesses, trusts, property investors and individuals. Their focus is to provide friendly, efficient and personalised service in an environment where both clients and employees feel valued

You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and maintaining the Xero practice management system. You will be joining a positive team culture and a stimulating working environment with people who are passionate about what they do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients as they arrive at the office and manage incoming phone calls
  • Liaise directly with clients and build relationships
  • Help with the on-boarding of new clients and maintain the contact lists
  • Xero Practice Management - ensuring client records are kept up to date within system
  • Ensure AML checks are conducted for all new and existing clients
  • Keeping all AML documentation current and saved
  • Manage the deliveries and office supplies
  • General office administration across the office and undertake other tasks when required

Key Requirements:

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • A proven track record of delivering in an administrator role
  • Strong customer service focus, the desire to build relationships and listen to clients
  • Ability to work across the business with a diverse range of people
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise accordingly
  • Organised, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Has the ability to be discrete when handling sensitive information
  • Demonstrated experience using Xero and AML
  • Good eye for processes & tech savvy
