The Position
This role would suit a person who has sound decision making abilities and the desire to work fast and effectively. A busy role requiring you to work with both internal and external stakeholders whilst providing quality and efficient service and support.

  • Responsible for the organisation of functions and events
  • To oversee and coordinate all staff involved, and ensure a professional and successful outcome
  • Administration duties such as calendar updates, producing event formats, invoicing, filing, and email communication
  • Work closely with the partners providing general support, diary management, travel booking and administration.

Ideal person

  • Be meticulously organised and able to coordinate, prioritise and complete multiple projects at once;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential
  • Experience with function and events would be a bonus
  • Professional can do attitude
