As a Sales Assistant, you will be part of our highly passionate and knowledgeable Albany store team, committed to living our vision of being the best pet company in the world.
Your positive and proactive approach to customer service combined with your passion for people, pets and retail will set you apart from the crowd and ensure that our customers are provided with the best information and advice to enable them to take the best possible care of their pets.
Our store environments are fast paced and challenging but the reward of inspiring customers, meeting their needs, building sales and reaching targets is huge.
We train all our team to deliver our high standards of customer service excellence, merchandising and operations but to be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven customer service and/or sales experience;
- Motivation and drive to succeed;
- The ability to multi-task;
- A commitment to on-going training;
- A friendly and engaging personality, and,
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
This role is part time and applicants must also be available to work weekends, Public Holidays and late nights as required.
