We currently have an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a busy administration role focusing on KiwiSaver, Superannuation and Booster's WRAP platform. 

This role would suit a person who is looking to get into the Financial Services industry, or has 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role, and genuinely seeks to provide clients with outstanding service.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure client accounts and their associated investments are administered in a timely and accurate manner
  • Update client information
  • Respond to general client queries via phone, email and webchat
  • Update procedural documentation and process documentation
  • Perform additional administration tasks


Your skills:

You will have excellent client service, communication, organisational and time management skills. These skills, coupled with your attention to detail, high level of accuracy and initiative, and sparkling 'can-do' attitude make you a client service superstar!

You will be:

Vibrant, energetic and who shows a good level of initiative and growth potential, customer focused, mature minded, 110% reliable, and a sociable can-do professional.
