Data Entry Administrator #2782

Duties

In this entry level position you will be responsible for accurately processing information and meeting critical processing deadlines.  You must have excellent data entry skills – both speed and accuracy.

  • Alpha numeric data entry processing
  • Electronic scanning
  • Filing documents
  • Telephone work
  • General administration duties
  • Working as part of a team

Skills & Experience

  • Fast and accurate alpha numeric keying skills
  • Ability to meet set KPI and performance standards
  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to learn new systems and information quickly
  • Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • High standard of personal presentation

The hours of work will be 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
