We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our fun, and high performing Finance Team.  This entry level role is part time (20 hours per week), 6-month fixed term position. The hours of work are negotiable but between Monday to Friday. You will report to our CFO and work closely with the Finance team and wider business. The successful candidate will be given full training.

In this role you will be responsible for: Managing the AP email inbox, printing and entering invoices into our financial system (Navision), issuing invoices, keeping payments folder updated, managing gift card requests, checking supplier statements, filing paperwork and any other tasks required to help with the Accounts Payable function.  

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office products – in particular, Excel and Outlook (Beginner Level)
  • Great communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Solid attention to detail and focus on accuracy
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Flexible approach to workload demands
  • Experience working with accounting systems, preferred but not essential
  • Experience working in an office environment, beneficial but not required
