Client Engagement Specialist

From the get-go, Partners Life’s focus has been to protect Kiwi’s and the things that matter most to them.  Far too many Kiwis float through life unprepared for a possible interruption. At the heart of Partners Life is a desire to get everyday Kiwi’s covered and covered properly. We will continue to innovate and raise both our standards and as a result, the entire industry’s.  Never afraid to ruffle feathers, we have always said we’d do things differently – and we do.  We have a clear strategy to set ourselves apart from competitors by being bold and challenging the conventional traditions of our industry.

If you are ready to take charge, be a difference and engage with our clients come and join our Client Engagement Team.

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be supporting the business through arrears management and retention of existing business, profitability and growth through proactively contacting our customers during key points within their policy life cycle.

Your primary responsibilities will be to call clients who are at risk of lapsing their policy due to arrears and assisting with options to get them back on track and ensuring they have an excellent customer experience.  This includes contacting customers who wish to cancel their policies, overcoming objections and negotiating solutions.  This will be a daily occurrence, so you will need a resilient and empathetic attitude to be successful in the long run.

We are looking for people who use their initiative to identify problems before they arise and are customer centric.  You will be a strong negotiator, have exceptional relationship skills, integrity and a team orientated approach to your work and you will be required to collaborate with your team and others across the business on a daily basis.

Ideally you will have a customer service or sales background in either an inbound or outbound contact centre.

The hours for this position will be 9.30 am - 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 5.00 pm on Fridays.

If you are ready to take charge, be the difference and join our team then now's the time.
