Customer Services Administrator

SuperLife is a growing specialist provider of superannuation, KiwiSaver and managed investment products for thousands of investors. SuperLife offers flexible options, exceptional service levels and excellent training in a friendly and supportive working environment based in central Auckland (right next to Britomart).

Joining us as a Customer Services Administrator your experience with customers in the finance industry will be put to use dealing with a wide variety of member requests, claims and queries. No two days will be the same as you collate information.

You'll be savvy - have lots of emotional intelligence and be able to analyse and resolve (or escalate) any potential issues. Highly organised, you'll have a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures while identifying improvements. You will also ensure a robust peer review process around client services is carried out.

Experience with superannuation is essential to success in this role.
