Client Maintenance Administrator

We are looking for an administrator to join our expanding friendly Client Maintenance team based in Dunedin. To be considered for this role it is imperative that you share our values of providing superior service.

The main focus of this role is checking and verifying source documentation and then entering and maintaining client accounts in Forsyth Barr's in-house computer systems.

It is essential that candidates possess the following key skills, experience and attributes:

  • A minimum of two years experience in administration, with experience in the financial sector preferable;
  • Advanced data entry skills with excellent attention to detail;
  • The ability to work fast with a high degree of accuracy;
  • A friendly, confident telephone manner with clear and professional communication skills;
  • The ability to organise and remain calm and collected under pressure;
  • Effective time management and prioritising skills;
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Professional, positive attitude and a friendly demeanour.

The ideal applicant will have the capacity to think through processes and the ability to meet high expectations.
