We are looking for a motivated and confident Sport Development Advisor to work within our passionate and committed team who are dedicated to making a positive impact within the Harbour region.

The Sport Development Advisor is responsible for supporting, and in some cases leading the development, implementation and evaluation of a robust and effective sporting system in the Harbour region. Sport Development, Spaces and Places and Advocacy are key components of the Sport System.

The Sport Development Advisor will work closely with the Sport Development Manager to develop and grow the system while maintaining a focus on the achievement of the Harbour Sport strategic goals and will regularly monitor progress.

This role is a leadership role and we are looking for a confident candidate that is action-orientated and solutions focused. The ability to think strategically, effectively build relationships and have a meaningful influence across all levels of the sport sector will be critical to the success of this role.
