We’re searching for an excellent administrator to take on a part time temporary assignment due to commence early September for 2 months! This is a great opportunity to work within an organisation that plays a vital part in New Zealand’s sport scene.

about the role

The role will involve providing administration support to an operations team. Travel bookings, minute taking, scheduling meetings and collation of reports. This role will provide a high level of customer service to external stakeholders so it requires a high level of professionalism.

about you (the ideal candidate would have):

  • proven administrative experience / skills
  • intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word
  • clear phone communication and written skills
  • professional presentation and excellent people skills
  • initiative and the ability to work autonomously

highlights

  • part time hours - 2 days per week (a mandatory Monday and flexibility around the second day)
  • thorndon location - short walk to the train station
