Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager / sales professional who can build and leverage effective partnerships to get the job done.
You need to be confident with great interpersonal skills to excel in this role, as it will be dealing heavily with external customers at a corporate level. You will also need to have:
- A knowledge of selling to an Enterprise methodology
- High level relationship building
- Ability to retain clients using farming and up selling techniques
- Source new business opportunities through leads and relationship building in the market place
- Developing a deep understanding of the client’s pain & gain points to deliver personalised solutions
- Provide product and market info to your Customer base
What you will achieve?
- A trusted Partner relationship within your national customer portfolio
- Maximising revenue and profitability from your allocated customer portfolio
- Achieve new national customer targets as agreed with the National Sales Manager
- Preparing and submitting regular reports, sharing customer and market insights and deliver accurate, timely completion of Sales Force CRM
- Ensuring contract security of your customer portfolio
