What will you do?

Working closely with our property management team you will provide admin support to all team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating and maintaining property related databases and plan management
  • Preparing adhoc and regular reports
  • Provide the team with contract management support including liasing with the purchasing and health & safety team
  • Supporting the team with meeting coordination and minute taking, including those with external contractors
  • Contributing ideas that focus on continued improvement and enhance efficiency
