Helpdesk Officer - Level 1 Support

What the job involves

You will provide frontline support to our users for all applications, desktop hardware and telephony services, as well as supporting and working alongside others within our Systems team in the overall delivery of ICT infrastructure services. You'll manage user helpdesk requests, prioritising these and responding to user while also contributing to the overall delivery of ICT infrastructure services.

Who we are looking for

A customer focused individual who communicates effectively to deliver solutions. With over 200 users and devices it's important you enjoy being busy and working with a wide range of users. A recent or soon to be school leaver, or someone with a passion for the industry, you'll be enthusiastic, have strong interest in developing a career within the IT industry with a desire and drive to learn.
