We are recruiting for a Case Manager – Group Claims(Fixed term - 12 months) to join our growing Claims team. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring for a Case Manager – Group. You will efficiently assess, manage all claims in a timely, positive, innovative and empathetic manner and execute case strategies applying the claims philosophy. As the Case Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate assessment and ongoing management of claims and risk exposure to Fidelity. You’ll have the opportunity to reduce Income Protection claim duration through negotiated pay and closes, execute case strategies and reduce costs implement appropriate rehabilitation strategies for a sustainable return to work outcome for our customers.

ABOUT YOU 

For this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Life Insurance industry
  • Ideally previous claims experience
  • Solid experience liaising with third party medical/other providers
  • Skilled in Microsoft including Excel and Word
  • Business Acumen
  • Professional Communication Skills
  • Demonstrated conflict and negotiation abilities.
  • Relationship management capability
